Editorial Policy
Última actualización:
This policy describes how content is produced at quicktipss and the principles that guide our editorial decisions. Its purpose is to be transparent about our workflow and the role artificial intelligence plays in our newsroom.
Research and verification
Each topic is researched in primary sources or authoritative references (official documentation, papers, reports from recognized organizations). For quantitative claims we always seek at least two independent sources. Technical assertions are verified before publishing and, when applicable, sources are linked so readers can consult them.
Technology assistance in our newsroom
Our editorial team uses AI tools as support for research, source-finding, draft generation, and structural review. These tools do not replace editorial judgment: no article is published without going through human editing. A human editor reviews, corrects, fact-checks, and signs off every piece before it goes live. We consider this oversight a non-negotiable requirement to ensure quality and editorial responsibility.
Attribution and authorship
Every article is signed with the name of the writer on our editorial team responsible for the piece, with a link to their profile detailing their credentials and beat. The "Equipo quicktipss" byline is reserved for institutional or cross-team pieces that do not correspond to a single author.
Corrections and updates
When we detect a substantive error we correct the article and record the modification date. Minor corrections (typos, formatting) are not annotated; corrections that change the meaning of a fact are. If a change materially alters the conclusion of an article, we surface it visibly to the reader.
Independence from advertisers
Our editorial coverage is independent from the advertisers that appear on the site through AdSense or other programs. The presence of an ad does not imply endorsement by quicktipss. When a piece of content is sponsored or there is a relevant commercial relationship with the brand mentioned, this is clearly indicated within the article.
